Yes, you can take a Self Guided Tour of your favorite apartment daily from 6:00am – 8:00pm, even on Holidays!

What parking options are available at this community?

Preserve at Colony Lakes offers reserved, covered parking and detached garages to residents.

I shop online quite often! How do I get my packages at this community?

Don’t worry – we have Touch-Free SMARTPACKAGE Lockers that will store your packages until you are ready to pick them up, any time, 24/7.

When is trash pickup?

Garbage is collected on Sunday – Thursday evenings, @ 8pm.

Where is the dog park?

Between buildings 7 and 11

Do you currently have a parking permit process in place?

Yes

Spots mark visitor which are spots not facing the buildings directly

What are your community’s pool hours?

10am-10pm

Do residents need a pool pass to use the pool?

Yes. Pool passes are given at move in

Does your community offer clubhouse rentals?

Yes. $250. Resident needs to come into the office so we can check the rental calender and they’ll sign the agreement. We only allow events on Friday & Saturdays

No key during business hour. 24 hour access
